Description: The Education Partnership provides school supplies for students and their teachers in under-resourced schools in Southwestern PA. Our dedicated team of staff and volunteers embody the organization's core values (equity, integrity, resourcefulness, respect and service) and work in a fast-paced, dynamic and collaborative office and warehouse space with a clear focus on helping kids in need.

The Program Data Analysis Intern will focus on researching and analyzing data to increase program efficiency and reach.

Duties of Intern:

  • Research and Data Analysis
    • Research and analyze data for equitable program qualification benchmarks
    • Record teacher and school data in Salesforce.com
    • Application, survey development and analysis
    • Mine and analyze data from census and other public sources
    • Assist in creating a comprehensive presentation of qualification options
    • Participate in active discussion and decision making process
  • School and teacher data management
    • Collaborate with Associate Director and TRC Program team to create useful School Records in Salesforce
    • Assist in developing relevant and accurate reports in Salesforce
    • Collaborate with intern team to develop and implement meaningful group project
    • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Possess superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience and passion for research and data analysis
  • Familiarity with project management
  • Possess the ability to learn and use Salesforce.com our online CRM database
  • Possess superior attention to detail, realizing accuracy is key to our entire mission
  • Be team oriented
  • Possess strong mathematical and problem solving skills
  • Possess strong MS Office and Google Suite skills
  • Criminal and Child Abuse clearances required
