Learn Through Experience

Experiential learning takes place outside the classroom through research with faculty, internships, or service learning. We encourage you to consider experiential learning as part of your total educational experience at Pitt.

We offer the following options:

ASSIGNED ADVISORS

All psychology students will have an assigned advisor. For newly declared students, you will receive an introductory email after the declaration deadline of the term in which you declared. You may contact the advising office at 412-624-4540 after the declaration deadline if you have not received an email verifying who your advisor is. You will see your advisor for all advising appointments and registration.
